We are currently looking for a professional for the position of

IT Service Manager


The main responsibilities for the position are to:

• Set and enforce policies/procedures in line with company’s IT strategy
• Carry out analysis of an organization’s IT structure to identify operational leaks and effect strategies for improved processes
• Responsible for the successful delivery of IT services by providing insights into incident and problem management, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Communicate with internal clients and Stakeholders to identify their requirements and facilitate the process for meeting their needs

Key Skills and Experience required:

• Proven Project and incident management experience
• Application Lifecycle Management and Test Management knowledge;
• Experience working with multiple suppliers introducing new services or major upgrades;
• Ability to manage key relationships with internal IT and business stakeholders;
• Strong decision making and communication skills and ability to manage complex and situation;
• Good team player and a results-oriented mindset with the desire and ability to push through obstacles to achieve goals
• Fluent English – both verbal and written.
• Certified Service Management practitioner ITIL Foundation level or certification are considered as an advantage;
