Senior Windows Administrator - Servers, Storages and Virtualization

As the business is growing, we have to cover the ever increasing demand and expectations for innovation and changes in IT. Because of this, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our IT Department in Varna at the position of
IT Service Lead Engineer – Servers, Storages and Virtualization (Senior Windows Administrator).



WE WILL RELY ON YOUR EXPERTISE regarding:
■ Administration of Windows Server Operating Systems – 2008R2, 2012R2 and above.
■ Administration of Server Roles and Features.
■ Administration of Enterprise infrastructure and services, such as vSphere, Citrix Desktop Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, Microsoft SharePoint.
■ Installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of enterprise grade datacenter, server and storage equipment – Blade systems, stretched clusters, horizontally and vertically scalable environments, SAN, NAS, virtual and physical infrastructure.
■ Troubleshooting and analysis of various types of infrastructure related problems in complex environments.
■ Plan, design and implement different infrastructure solutions by scale and complexity.
■ Management of demand and capacity planning, configuration management.
■ Maintainance and governance of technical documentation quality and completeness.
■ Act as 3rd (third) level support for infrastructure related incidents.



TO SHINE OUT ON THIS ROLE you need:
■ At least 3 years of experience in the field of Server administration or related.
■ Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
■ Knowledge in server roles and features, virtualization, SAN, VDI, Collaboration infrastructure.
■ Good knowledge and troubleshooting abilities on connectivity issues, performance optimizations, hardware and OS architecture.
■ Commitment and self-initiative, team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.


Impress us with any of these additional competencies:
■ Scritpting languages such as PowerShell, VB, PL, Pyhton, etc.
■ Knowledge or hands-on experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN), Automation and orchestration platforms.
■ Basic knowledge and experience with Linux based operating systems – in the context of complex and multi-environment business suystems.
■ Basic knowledge in routing and switching.
■ University degree in Informatics or similar certifications such as: MCSA Windows Server, MCSA Cloud Platform, MCSE CPI.
■ Experience in Agile or DevOps organizations.
