YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
■ Ensure technical support of end-users including hardware equipment and software applications.
■ Register requests in the ticket system.
■ Monitor the progress of registered requests and search for feedback.
■ Read the team manuals and have the opportunity to apply the knowledge in real work environment.
■ Monitor and update the internal processes and procedures.


Program Duration: 3 months
