outsourcing) and ITO (information technology outsourcing) provider, delivering high-quality

centers: Sofia and Plovdiv (Bulgaria); Bucharest and Craiova (Romania); Cork and Dublin
(Ireland), as well as offices in Manchester and Cannock (England). TELUS International Europe offers contact center solutions, ITO and innovative customer service support for global customers in over 35 languages.
Your responsibility will include:
Daily communication with Operational Leaders, Team’s Support Staff and Finance team
Preparation of client invoices and supporting documentation
Global performance reporting – operational and financial figures
Budget preparation and update on monthly/annual basis
Forecast vs. Actual analysis – root cause identification
Performing analysis and ad-hoc reporting activities as requested
Identifying (potential) issues and escalate as required
Proactively suggesting optimization and business improvement initiatives
Developing appropriate reporting mechanisms to communicate financial/operating results in a meaningful manner
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a similar role seen as an advantage
Economic and/or financial education
Fluency in English and Bulgarian
Confident Excel user
Strong motivation to learn and develop
Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and draw conclusions
Willingness to take responsibility and achieve results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse audience
Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
Experience with an ERP system seen as an advantage
