Currently, Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization is looking for a professional with: Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 3 years similar job experience
• Sound understanding of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes
• Shared Services experience is a plus
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Previous experience in managing and coordinating the work of a team of accountants
• Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service both internal and external customers
• Highly proactive, responsive to customer needs through soliciting, evaluating and acting upon customer feedback
• Confident, self motivated, enthusiastic, goal and result oriented
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English - both verbal and written.

If you join us, your Key Responsibilities will be:
• Overall operational accounting process for several countries in the AP area
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Compliance with accounting policies and standards
• Reviewing systems, processes and controls to ensure optimum efficiency and security is maintained
• Ensure Purchase Ledger monthly and year-end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with Coca-Cola Hellenic accounting principles, standards and SPAs
• Driving end-to-end standard processes across the Coca-Cola Hellenic business
• Lead, plan and organize the team`s work
• Perform team processes including escalated and more complex/sensitive activities
• Provide ongoing performance management to team
• Motivating, developing and coaching for maximising team performance and driving the succession plan for the Business Services Organization
• Assume responsibility for the quality, service levels and timeliness of the team’s work.
