Coca-Cola Hellenic Bulgaria is looking for a motivated candidate, inspired to enrich knowledge and expertise in dynamic and challenging business environment as an:


On-site Support Specialist


Main responsibilities:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot IT computer products and equipment assigned to our employees: operating system, hardware, software, connectivity, printing, remote access, etc;
- Implement software upgrades, including firmware revisions, operating systems, production software upgrades and other enhancements as required;
- Manage the IT equipment and perform preventive maintenance of working stations - computers, mobile devices, tablets, mobile phones, etc.;
- Provide positive and friendly user experience with each interaction.


We are looking for clear evidences in the following areas:
- Very good technical skills – Windows OS, Office 365, Networking, Hardware;
- Education in IT oriented field /Engineering/etc - at least 3rd year of study;
- Previous experience on a similar position is an advantage;
- Good command of English;
- Customer oriented mindset and team work attitude.
