YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolves queries in a timely and appropriate manner, maintaining good customer relationships and high levels of service.
Lead, participate and ensure the delivery of projects in PS area, which support the business needs and requirements of CCH business units, and focus on improvement and optimization.
Support Senior HR Process Specialists/Key Users in terms of quality check methods and corrective action plans for proper master data maintenance.
Propose design improvements that will enable a more effective system and process operation.
Use business process software to support the HR actions.
Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks with team members and work with them to generate solutions.
Participate in preparation of ad-hoc reports and existing report improvements.
Resolve queries in a timely and appropriate manner, maintaining good customer relationships and high levels of service.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Experience in a multi cultural environment is desirable (study or work related).
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is a prerequisite.
Good knowledge of MS office and ERP experience
Deeper knowledge of Workday or SAP would be considered an advantage
Previous experience with reports and insights would be a plus
Minimum 3-4 years of human resources experience, preferably gained in a fast moving, large, multinational environment.
Exposure to complex projects requiring multi-functional team working.
