ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advise the team for resolution of complex cases.
Manage and prioritize self and daily tasks of the team by organizing the workload appropriately.
Support and backup the team lead.
Perform necessary steps for onboarding of new team members.
Ensure vendor documents are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform balance sheet & vendor balance reconciliations, follow-up on account balances and take actions to prevent aged balances.
Work with external and internal customers on a daily basis to resolve supplier queries.
Prepare and analyze information for meetings with Finance team.
Ensure internal controls are executed accurately and on time, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Lead or participate in process improvement projects.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
3-5 years in an accounting or finance role.
Sound understanding of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes.
Solid knowledge of general accounting principles.
Degree in accounting, finance, economics or another business-related field.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Experienced user of MS (Excel) and ERP applications.
Knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage
Experience with IFRS would be a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, work with deadlines and attention to details.
