Our company is providing Finance and HR support to Coca-Cola Hellenic operations across Europe on the principle of quality, effectiveness and continuous improvement targeting service excellence.
Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization is looking for a professional for the role of Supplier Support Expert with Czech/Slovak with the following experience, qualifications and skills:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support service delivery or procurement, preferably gained in a fast moving multinational company or shared services
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak, both written and spoken
• Very good command of English
• University degree in accounting, finance, economics or another business-related field is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details
• Dedication to work
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Industry experience in Process Manufacturing and/or FMCG and ERP (SAP) systems would be considered a strong advantage
If you join us, your Key Responsibilities will be:
• Providing support of CCH suppliers in regards to purchasing administration, invoice and payment inquiries, vendor master data by using high quality software
• Serve as single point of contact between CCH business teams and external suppliers on above listed processes
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships through understanding of client’s needs and the provision of high – quality service
• Keeping Service Level Agreements
• Regular reporting connected with suppliers' inquiries
• Daily communication with internal financial departments
