Our current client is one of the largest and rapidly growing global companies present on the Sofia market. On their behalf, we are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists with German, Turkish, Albanian, Czech or English only.

Responsibilities:
Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
Provide timely response and resolution to partners queries and questions;
Project a professional company image through email interaction or chat;
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;

Requirements:
Excellent command of one of the following languages: German, Turkish, Albanian, Czech or English.
Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationship with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with ability to understand customers’ needs;
Ability to work on shifts;
Positive attitude and motivation;
Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus;
