We are looking for a talented HR Trainee, eager to learn and develop in our Training Administration team.

Main tasks and responsibilities
Global internal user support - responding to employee and manager questions in Service Now related to LEARN (our Learning Management System)
Ensure all training administration documents are up-to-date and accurate
Ensure learners’ data is accurate in company systems
Supporting HR Leadership Programmes with training Administration such as but not limited to:
Global and Local Onboarding Programmes
Virtual Leadership Programmes
Global Mentor Programme
Performance Development Plan
Support with Training Administration activities in LEARN colleagues from various divisions
Help with creating Kalmar HR Process training content design and administration
Actively participate in the revision process
Help with creating reports in LEARN
Ensure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for Kalmar

What you’ll need to succeed

Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or in the last years of studies in business, psychology, HR, education or similar
Competencies:
Full professional proficiency in written and oral English
Detail-oriented
Good communication and organizational skills
Integrity and consistency
Curiosity and desire to learn
Ability and eagerness to work with computer applications like Google tools, Canva, Articulate 360
