Purpose of the position

To support the Cargotec Collections process including performance measures, process standards and policies via touch points and interfaces to related process areas.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Responsible for collections activities
- Performing collections - calls and emails to customers
- Maintain a call/contact schedule and follow up actions schedule
- Responsible for securing promises for payment
- Provide information/status about customer portfolio when requested by the line manager/Business partner
- Dispute management until resolution - the creation of disputes, follow up & escalations, ensure all disputes have an identified resolution action plan with identified action owners
- Achieve performance (decrease overdue) and activity (calls & contacts) targets
- Ensure compliance with the Collections Playbook


What you’ll need to succeed:

- 1-3 years of experience of relevant experience in an international environment
- Good knowledge in Finance
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Excel - Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Powerpoint and process mapping tools)
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral Spanish and English languages
- Open to learn different areas of all OTC
- Communication skills
