We are searching for an English AND German OR French-speaking Data Center Customer Success Manager for our the Bridge account.

Summary:

As a CSM you will be focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships.
With such an engagement we are following a top-down approach.Initial value of the Bridge has to be proven in being considered as a strategic partner. The recommended the Bridge business engagement to the customer will take out cost of the existing IT operations, improve IT’s agility, align IT to the business and close the cloud gap. On top of that we make an IT organization more secure and traceable. Rather early in the engagement process we will introduce traceability and instrumentation capabilities for key applications, all workloads and the current communications in place (provider application – consumer).
Responsibilities:

Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience in anticipating customer needs far beyond the existing scope of the Bridge products and services;
Works closely with the Bridge Account Managers, Partner Account Managers, and Specialists Team to validate and explore new opportunities to achieve the best results
Positions the Bridge business engagements within the highest level of assigned accounts;
Good knowledge of IT field and specifically the Bridge services and products.
Builds solid database of customers, make sure the date we have is accurate and up to date.
Spends significant time on own education – technical, business skills, vertical knowledge, and other soft skills.

Requirements:
Fluent in English AND German OR French (written and verbal);
Good presentation and communication skills;
Passionate about customer communication;
Strong Team player and fully committed to success;
Demonstrate a continuous search for excellence and self-improvement;
Capable to cold call the right audience based on previous research; being capable to talk about their business and qualify their needs;
Previous work experience in the IT industry will be considered as an advantage;
Time management and self-driven personality;
Ability to travel up to 25% of time;
Ability to think critically and logically under pressure to solve issues
