Position Title: BI Product Analyst

As a BI Product Analyst, you will assist in the development, roll-out and positioning of our products and solutions to clients within our Debt Management software releases. On this role, you will support the software development process throughout its lifecycle including: liaising with regional teams to understand market needs and conduct relevant research, gather client and stakeholder requirements and document those requirements for new product and proposition opportunities, as well as educating regional teams and clients on the product updates as new versions are released.

Specifically, you will be involved in one of Experian’s leading product development initiatives where you will be a key stakeholder in supporting the Business Intelligence workstream. This role will be challenging, but at the same time it will offer significant visibility of your work in front of the key people in Decision Analytics.

Responsibilities:
Supporting market launch plans for all activity with tracking and reporting for key stakeholders
Collecting and tracking market requirements for product planning
Working collaboratively with software development teams to ensure development is aligned to market needs and opportunities
Working closely with our regional market teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of the market
Supporting the creation of global product roadmaps and strategies
Creating internal and client facing product collateral
Executing software demonstrations to internal and external audiences
Providing presales support where the pre-sales support teams require your specialist knowledge
Requirements:
2+ years relevant working experience on a similar product analyst role
Market and product knowledge in Business Intelligence software (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, other)
Ability to understand clients reporting and BI needs and translate them into requirements to the BI development team
Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations (pie charts, heat maps, bar charts, KPI dashboards)
Understanding of Business Intelligence principles (data transformation, data exploration, etc.)
Market and product knowledge preferably in the decision management sphere
Key skills relevant for this job include: customer focus, stakeholder engagement, analysis, effective communication skills and critical thinking
Working knowledge of marketing and/or software product management principles
Good innovation skills and creative thinking
Market and product knowledge in the decision management space or debt management will be considered as an advantage
Proactive attitude
Ability to write high quality documentation
Organized, with the aptitude to deliver to planned timescales
Good researching skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
