Currently we are hiring for one of our TOP clients – global provider of online platform for financial transactions a candidate with the following languages:

German and English
Chinese and English
Portuguese and English
Romanian and English
Polish and English
Only English (day or night shifts only)

Your responsibilities:

Support users via phone, email or chat;
Consult the users of the platform and provide them with all the information they need;
Deliver premier service, with high standards of excellence;
Ensure first contact resolution and utmost client satisfaction;
Look for ways to constantly improve the processes and the business.

Requirements:

Previous experience on a similar position;
Excellent level of German, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese or Polish;
Fluent level of English;
Previous experience in customer support or call center environment is a strong advantage.
