For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Bookkeeper, leading payroll

Main Responsibilities:
The payroll official collects, checks, calculates and processes payroll sheets and calculates the salaries and wages for employees in the company. The main responsibilities are to:
Keep employee attendance, sick leaves, paid and und unpaid vacations and overtime records for the purpose of calculating salary manually or by using computer systems;
Prepare, check and validate the payroll sheets for the salaries of employees showing gross and net salaries and deductions, incl. taxes, dues, distraints, insurances and pension deductions;
Prepare payments, retirement benefits to employees in cash or electronically;
Check reporting tables, workbooks, calculating fees and other information to detect and Remove inconsistencies with payroll sheets;
Check attendance, hours worked, salary adjustments, and enter the information in the relevant tables;
Coordinate and performan month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General accounting for the business;
Maintain monthly account reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring that all accounts are reconciled timely within the month end cycle, and that adjustments are made promptly;
Respond to accounting inquiries from management.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance;
1-3 years accounting experience is a must;
Fluency in English;
Very good knowledge of MS office
