For one of our partners- one of the biggest Financial institutions on the Bulgarian Market, we are looking for an experienced professional to join their team as:

Financial Audit and Reporting Manager


Main responsibilities:
Preparing individual and consolidated financial statements on a quarterly and annual base;
Assesses risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance; evaluating manual and automated financial processes; identifying process weaknesses and inefficiencies and operational issues;
Updating and preparing monthly reporting pack, providing commentary for variances, highlighting risks and opportunities;
Coordinate the process of the internal reporting;
Assesses compliance with financial regulations and controls;
Provides financial control information by collecting, analysing and summarizing data and trends;
Produce reports highlighting issues and providing potential solutions;
Communicate with all reporting teams on a daily basis;
Requirements:
University degree in Finance or Accounting;
2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Finance or another ERP system;
Experience in an insurance company will be considered as an advantage;
Fluence in English, (German knowledge will be a plus);
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills;
