Manpower Bulgaria is currently looking for one of its client - a multinational manufacturing company, for a:

Financial Controller

Position Summary: This position is providing financial support to the operations in Bulgaria.
The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual with excellent financial & business acumen. He / She must have the ability to partner his / her finance and operations partners, by gaining an in depth understanding of the strong connection between the finance function and the business needs of the company.

Main Responsibilities and key characteristics:
- Responsible for the management reporting and analysis. Secure the correct and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the legal entity in line with IFRS, Tax and Commercial Law;
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition;
- Provide support for management of Operations for financial requests as it pertains to plant operations (Production costs, Plant P&L, product costs etc);
- Monitor and report cost, providing insightful analysis on cost drivers/KPI per plant/product;
- Responsible for the implementation and execution of internal controls in compliance with Group and company policies and procedures;
- Dealing with External and Internal auditors;
- Participating to the budgeting and forecasting process (templates production, consolidation, business analysis)

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Experience at the similar position more than 3 years;
- Very good English is a must;
- Accountable, rigorous and results oriented;
- Advanced Excel & Presentation Skills;
- ERP/NAVISION will be considered a plus.
