Responsible Person


Job purpose:

The role is related with responsibilities to open the business locally as to assure the compliance with the Bulgarian law.


Main roles and responsibilities:
Ensuring that the QMS is implemented and maintained;
Focusing on the management of authorized activities and the accuracy and quality of records;
Upon request, coordinate and perform any local recall operation carried out by the organization;
Ensuring that customer complaints are dealt with effectively;
Ensuring the approval of suppliers, customer and subcontracted activities related to the distribution of medicinal products of the company;
Ensuring that self-inspections are performed according to the prearranged programme and necessary CAPA’s are in place;
Deciding the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products;
Approving any returns to saleable stock;
Ensuring that any additional requirements imposed on certain products by national law are adhered to;
Participating in internal/external audits and authority inspections;
Communicate any findings to Global QA.

Profile required:
A degree in pharmacy or equivalent;
Knowledge and experience with the requirements laid down in the EU GDP Guideline and applicable local legislation;
Proven training record of ongoing and/or finalized GDP training(s);
Organizational and decision-making skills with regards to the listed responsibilities;
Fluent English language knowledge.
