Back Office Assistant
For our client AS 24 specialized in the distribution of fuel and services for transportation professionals, part of TOTAL Group we are looking for highly motivated Back Office Assistant.

The person will be in charge of the following tasks for the Bulgarian customers.

Back Office Tasks:
Controls contracts sent by Sales Representatives before entering them in the system, organizes customers files.
In charge of contract and cards management throughout the contract lifecycle.
Prepares and presents complete documentation with the customer’s files to the General Manager, in order to be validated.
Prepares credit notes.
In charge of back-office relationship with Customers, answers to customers complaints and questions.
Promotes Company's web tools to customers.
Dealing with diversity of contacts Bulgarian and English.

Credit Management Tasks:
Helps credit manager to control Risk.
Monitors customer receivables and guarantees.
Prepares the documents needed in case of a guarantee execution.
Follows specific payments: payments in advance, discount freezing.

Marketing and administrative Tasks:
Adapts all documents to local languages: contracts, marketing documents, web pages.

Requrements:
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer.
Proactive, detail- oriented, organized, team player.
Good communication and time management skills, ability to multitask.
Good sense of business.
Experience on a similar position in the sector would be an advantage.
