We are now looking for Head of "Non-motor claims"

Duties and responsibilities:
Supports the Director in the field of non-motor claims, review and optimization of current work processes, implementation of the company's strategy for digital and STP processes;
Organizes, manages and controls the overall activities in the Section;
Organizes and implements the operational risk management framework;
Manages the process of technology development and procedures development for claims administration, management and payments;
Implements the standards of the group.

The successful candidate should have:
University degree in Insurance, Economics or relevant;
Professional experience in a managerial position in the field of insurance;
Strong knowledge in local insurance legislation and practices;
Computer skills – MS Office;
Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
Proactive and result driven attitude;
Strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to manage confidential information;
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
