Basic Function:
Process optimizations and improvements using Lean and Six Sigma approach
Identification of opportunities for Automation/Robotics/Analytics
Collaboration with other departments in developing and applying optimizations
Reports creation
Client and internal collaboration for process improvements
Finance (F&A) working knowledge
German speaker
Driven a few projects in F&A preferably

Technical Skills:
Experience in Process optimizations / Projects
Logical thinking
Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
Working experience with Excel (Pivots/Formulas)
VBA Macros will be an advantage
Experience with Automation/Robotics/Analytics would be considered as an advantage
Six Sigma and/or Lean Green Belt or higher certification would be considered as a huge advantage

Process Specific Skills:
Strong and demonstrated analytical, data interpretation skills and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently at times and closely with senior stake holders

Soft Skills:
Must be able to function successfully as a team player in a fast paced, customer-centric environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education Requirements:
Graduate in Finance or IT from an accredited college/university

Work Experience Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
