As a Financial Analyst you will play a key role by conducting financial analyses, efficiency and costing analysis and vendor and customer profitability that lead to key insights to support the Regional Management Team to execute strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyses on all aspects of the go to market organization and operations processes from a financial perspective including but not limited to: analyzing actual performance vs forecast, vendor and customer profitability, Business unit reporting, supporting the budget process, and participation in ad hoc projects
Assist in the enhancements and further improvements of the current costing and profitability analysis and reporting
Prepare monthly and ad hoc analysis and reports in a timely manner
Develop and maintain strong relationship with other local and regional finance teams (accounting/ financial control) to ensure effective two-way flow of information and communication
Work with databases that allow detail financial, business and vendor reporting. The work would include process re-engineering and optimization
Support strategic initiatives with required financial analysis and reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
A degree in Economics, Econometrics/ Statistics, specialized in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent.
More than 2 years of experience in FP&A and/or Business Controlling and/or Audit
Sound financial knowledge including the ability to interpret financial KPI’s and drivers of profitability
Good project management skills
Well-developed analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Interest in IT systems and knowledge of reporting platforms/databases
Good communication skills - fluent knowledge of English is a must
Ability to cope with deadlines
