Finance BPM Project Lead
We are hiring an Еxceptional Project Lead for our Finance Business Process Management team in Sofia!
As Finance Project Lead you will play a major role in developing, leading and executing Finance Continuous Improvement Programs within the GBS organization

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that process-specific improvements will have realized benefits and performance improvement (of the process and/or associates)
Identify Business/COE related projects/opportunities independently and also working with the Operations Management team and solve them to stakeholder satisfaction.
Provide advice on process improvement initiatives, principles, tool and skills
Evaluate feasibility, manageability of identified projects and support the Team to understand the requirements
Coach team on the use of Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PMI)
Drive all aspects of project management: monitor progress of project and deliver intended results across a wide range of countries being able to identify quick wins
Key Requirements:
Master Degree in Finance/Controlling (ACCA/CIMA a plus)
5+ years’ experience in multinational companies of which at least 2 years hands on experience in financial accounting, period closing and reporting
Solid Finance background within a multinational environment
Profound Project management and /or process improvement experience (Lean and Six Sigma)
Experience in working in a multicultural environment

Experience in working in a multicultural environment
Highly organized and a good multi-tasker
Ability to translate complex business requirements into executable tasks and output
Well-developed analytical skills and detailed oriented
Excellent IT skills and experience with different ERP’s
Effective communicator and strong business Acumen
Work independently (in a matrix environment)
Ability to set up methodical and structured processes
Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English
