The Training and Quality Specialist works collaboratively with General Ledger Operations and the site business leaders to set core process training and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Effective delivery of process/systems/production training requirements to new hires
Provision of large group production up training/up skilling, as necessary
Extensive training reporting and analyses of effectiveness of training
Execution of Training Needs Analysis on a regular basis to evaluate effectiveness and cost-efficiency of training programs delivered
Performing regular process checks/audits via side by side sit ins with the team members, or data-based process checks
Tracking and logging customer feedback (internal and external) which is captured via tools, meetings, other means of feedback gathering
Using the output from the analysis, prepare Corrective And Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Working with the respective teams to implement the CAPA, monitor the progress and ensure successful outcome from the implementation
Supporting the service delivery teams to help achieve high standards of performance
Ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are available, uploaded on shared location, followed, up to date and maintained
Presenting all findings and progress to the respective stakeholders on a regular basis

Skills and Qualifications:

A degree or solid experience in Finance/Accounting
Minimum of 3 years plus of similar experience required
Heavy experience in conducting full cycles of Training Needs Analysis
Knowledge of Quality and Training Fundamentals
Knowledge and Experience in Coaching Techniques/Essentials
Some experience in customer satisfaction analyses, process training, operations preferred
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication skills
