Key responsibilities:
Completes outbound calls to customer base and/or e-mail communications to existing or prospective customers on company initiatives such as: standard outcall campaigns, event recruitment, or vendor leads.
Manage areas of focus to meet set targets and with regard to maintaining the existing customer base and revenue.
Actively calls out to assigned customers to inquire about additional sales opportunities that have not yet been given to Ingram Micro.
Probes for add on solution selling opportunities during customer engagement conversations.
Verify pricing and expiration dates with end customers and resellers partners
Advises and recommend on product options, add-ons and solutions best suited for customer and their end users.
Is point person for and key contact in assigned customers’ relationship with Ingram Micro.
Skills and Qualifications:
Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience;
2+ years of customer facing experience
Fluency in French and English at intermediate level
Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
Strong organizational skills and problem solving agility also required
Multi-task and respond to rapid change
Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
