Position Purpose & Summary


The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for Incident management, maintainance and user guidance across several systems owned by the Counterparty Risk Organisation. This position will have in depth understanding of the Counterparty risk processes and the way they are being supported by the systems.






Major Tasks




Issue/Incident management
Systems maintainance and other systems related tasks
Prepare regular reports in line with the preset deadline
Perform monthly data integrity reviews of approved limits in the different systems
Review existing reports and suggest efficiency improvements
Assist in preparing any ad-hoc requests for the team
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Economics or IT University degree or similar from experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
Fluency in English
Strong PC skills: advanced knowledge on Excel and Access;
Experience in dealing with complex and ever-changing situation and solving problems
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
Ability to prioritize multiple demands, respond flexibly to changing priorities and work against set deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in reporting and analysis
Exposure to multinational work environment or to international projects
Finance related experience will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge on Oracle databases/ SQL Developer/ SAP is considered as strong advantage
