We are now looking for a Talented Individual to join our HR team in Sofia and help us grow our Talent Community.

What it takes?...

Talent Acquisition is the beginning of every employee's journey within an organization. In this role, You will act as Talent Acquisition Business Partner to ensure timely and adequate staffing levels in line with the business needs. This is a key role in the organization that collaborates closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Attracting and Sourcing Talent
Manage the Partnership with Management group - provide professional support and advice on Talent Acquisition best practices
Hiring and Monitoring the On-boarding of new hires
Participate and lead interesting and Innovative HR Projects
Job Requirements:
University degree desired
2-3 years of experience in staffing and Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GBS or BPO
Excellent Communication skills. Articulate with a high standard of verbal and written clarity in English and Bulgarian (other European language is a plus)
Very good assessment and Interviewing skills and good knowledge of the Bulgarian employment legislation
Sound knowledge of MS Office is required. Experience with Workday is an asset
Acts with Integrity in Results-driven environment
