The Finance & Payroll team of TELUS International Europe (TIE) is a fully-fledged finance division of the leading BPO provider in Bulgaria and Romania – TELUS International. The division consists of 35 professionals (located in Sofia and Bucharest) covering all areas of finance, accounting, pricing and procurement. We run SAP, Workday, SFDC, our financials are audited by a Big 4 auditor, and we partner with 4 large international banks and operate in a global company with a footprint on 4 continents.

Today, we аre hiring for the role Pricing Analyst. The role spans across pricing and financial analysis.

Your responsibilities:
The role will be focused on providing pricing solutions to our operations in Ireland, but the candidate will also act as a back-up for Bulgaria and Romania
Build pricing models for new and existing accounts
Create, maintain and update all supporting files and documents, relating to the pricing process
Maintain a standard price list
Support the Solution Design and Sales departments, as well as key stakeholders, in the pricing process
Assessment of the financial performance of existing accounts vs. how they were priced
The role reports directly to the TIE Pricing Manager
Our requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field (preferably numerical degree)
Minimum 1 year of experience (regardless of industry, BPO would be an advantage though)
Advanced analytical skills – you will need to turn RFP documentation into financial data
Excel proficiency – you will be creating complex models
Team player – you will be working with multiple teams in various areas of expertise
Fluency in English – you will be communicating with people from across the globe
Desire to learn – you will be faced with unraveling the ins and outs of the whole business
