For the needs of the company in order to supervise daily support and plan the most efficient administrative procedures, we are looking for:

Administrative Assistant with English

The skills and experience we are looking:

• University degree;
• Fluency in English;
• Good knowledge in MS Office;
• Analytical thinking, good working discipline in a dynamic environment;
• Attention to detail, communication and ability to work in a team;
• Experience in an administrative position, international company and/or call center experience will be considered as an advantage.

Some of your daily responsibilities would include:

• In charge of email correspondence, phone calls, post emails, and welcoming visitors;
• Manage office supplies and place orders, follow-up the budget;
• Monitor and control actions of the sub-contractors in the central office;
• Translate in and from English;
• Prepare and archive corporate documents;
• Organize other activities- events, travel arrangements, schedules, etc.
