On behalf of our client, a leading international tobacco manufacturer, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of
Sales Accountant
Main Responsibilities:
• Confirming and communicating Customer’s credit limits and overdue invoices;
• Issueing customer’s invoices based on their orders;
• Controling the process of excise stock & communicating tax stamps movements activities;
• Preparing monthly inventory stock count comparison vs accounting entries;
• Actively participating in reconciliation of marketing materials inventory comparison vs accounting balance;
• Booking the Intercompany stock invoices and verifying that the used Transfer prices are correct;
• Preparing of monthly excise declaration and submitting to Customs authorities;
• Participating and executing of various operating accounting tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within FMCG industry;
• Good knowledge of Bulgarian legislation (Excise and Accounting);
• Outstanding analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving and planning skills;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with attention to details;
• Good business understanding and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent level of English – written and spoken;
• Excellent usage of Microsoft Office.
