Main Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the finance shared service centre team and provides guidance;
• Reviewing the information prepared by the SSC (VAT/Intrastat reports and ensuring timely submissions, reporting to tax authorities, BNB NSI)
• Co-ordinating accounting activities associated with fixed assets, inventory, trade receivables/payables, employee/tax payables, as well as other specific accounting business transactions.;
• Reviewing monthly receivables and payables reconciliations and prepare trial balance;
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing procedures;
• Ensuring properly accounted transactions. Researching and resolving discrepancies and issues.
Key Requirements:
• Prior working experience in accounting field of 2-3 years;
• User knowledge of SAP is a must;
• Knowledge of local accounting/fiscal rules and interest in always keeping yourself updated;
• Very good knowledge of English language;
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field;
• Ability to work independently as well as in the team.
