If you have:
- University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and technical skills oriented towards data processing and Business Intelligence (BI)
- Experience in data modelling techniques and tools
- Experience in participation in BI projects: concept & design, development, implementation/deployment, change, and maintenance phases
- An understanding of dependencies of technologies in analytic environment
- Ability to develop efficiently and able to meet deadline
- Good communication and presentation skills



And you would like to:
- Participate in development and improvement of Customer Life Cycle and Customer journeys
- Participate in implementation of new statistical models for sales/services with impact on improvement of customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for optimization of business models in force in CRM
- Participate in optimization of current CRM processes and continuous improvement based on the Bank CRM strategy & customers’ requirements
- Participate as a main business driver in future CRM projects
