Senior Direct Cost and Revenue Assurance Analyst

Your responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding for Direct Labor costs and the drivers of labor cost efficiencies
Preparation of monthly direct cost planning and reporting for Romania
Participates in the preparation of the monthly KPI reporting for Romania
Ad-hoc reporting on sick leaves and overtime for Bulgaria and Romania
Assessment of the financial performance of existing accounts
Estimation vs. Actual variance analysis and MoM variance analysis
Apply critical thinking and run revenue assurance reviews with guidance from the global RA team
Monitor compliance with existing customer contractual agreements
Our requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 year of experience (regardless of industry, BPO would be an advantage though)
Big 4 /audit company experience would be an advantage
Advanced analytical and communication skills
Excellent command of the Bulgarian accounting and labor legislation
Excel proficiency – you will be building and maintaining complex models
