For them we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of:


Accounts Receivable Professional


This person will be responsible for interfacing directly with our customers both on the phone and via email. The AR Accountant will book bank statements on a daily basis; review and process credit/debit memos, and reconcile customer receivable balances. The AR Accountant will be responsible for communication with overdue customers and for the collection progress of overdue invoices.


Responsibilities:
Preparing and booking bank statements, allocations compensation postings;
Work pro-actively with other departments to resolve issues;
Investigate and resolve customer queries, payment discrepancies;
Communication with customers in respect of missing documents and information via phone, email;
Responsible for the collection process of overdue invoices - sending statement of account to customers and agree with customers on payment plans;
Reporting of overdue customers on a weekly basis;
Support other reporting activities, as require;
Support Cash process or other accounting projects.

Requirements:
Preferred 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivables department;
College or university degree;
Possess accountancy system related knowledge - SAP or MS Dynamics;
Strong MS Excel skills;
Fluent English;
Accuracy and attention to details, reliable;
Analytical and process-minded;
Self-directed and well organized.
