The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Call Center Manager in managing call center personnel and all operational functions related to the debt collection.
This includes aiding with workflow forecasting, staffing and scheduling of Agents and basic operational processes (queue monitoring, agent remediation, knowledge transfer).
Assist with operational reporting as determined by the Call Center Manager.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for direct management and mentoring of the Call center Team Leaders and QA’s working across the entire account to ensure they maintain a high-level of proficiency with the processes and procedures.
They will also perform direct mentoring of all agents across the entire call center, as needed, to help them acquire and maintain any advanced knowledge needed to perform their debt collection-specific duties.
With respect to "change management", this position will also be directly responsible for the on-boarding of any new team members (which includes the coordination of dedicated team trainings - New Hire, Remediation etc.) and for direct coordination with all departments to develop any job-specific procedures and associated training materials.

Специални умения:
Job requirements: • Education - Bachelor’s Degree, related disciplined or equivalent combination of professional experience; • Excellent command of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel); • Experience in debt collection or debt purchasing company it will be considered as a big plus. Skills & Competencies: • Excellent communication skills; • Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills; • Superior organization and prioritization skills ; • Ability to delegate and monitor tasks to subordinates.
