Our client’s main business activity is providing audit and advisory services to international clients in various industries. The company ranks among the top 10 professional service companies in Bulgaria, providing full scope of Audit and Assurance, Advisory, Accounting, Tax, and Enterprise Risk Services. Human Capital Store is looking for responsible and teamwork-oriented professional for the position of Senior Associate.Roles and functions:
- Active involvement in audit engagements in compliance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Supporting the audit manager in the process of analysing accounting as well as obtaining information and documentation to pinpoint accounting and auditing problems
- Having good knowledge of the audit client’s field of business coupled with the ability to recognize key performance indicators and business trends while keeping abreast of general economic developments and the way they affect the audit client
- Complying with rigorous quality performance standards in carrying out audit engagements as well as guaranteeing deliverables are in line with work plan specifications
- Building strong relationships with the client through effective communication at each stage of the audit engagement
Quallifications and skills:
- At least 3 years of audit experience
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering
- A Bulgarian and/or international accounting qualification such as CPA and/or ACCA will be considered a strong asset
- An effective communicator with very good analytical skills
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Very good business conduct and communication etiquette
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
