JUNIOR CLIENT ACCOUNT SPECIALIST


Responsibilities:
- Working with merchant accounts on the payment platform and supporting ongoing queries;
- Collecting and reviewing application documentation;
- Coordinating customer on-boarding and application processes;

Experience:
- Proficiency both spoken and written in English (C1/C2);
- Proficient in using MS Office;
- Able to meet deadlines, work independently and achieve goals;
- Strong attention to detail;
