One of the strategic goals of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD is further to invest and provide more advanced and user-friendly experience to its customers through the digital channels – web and mobile.
Our department is responsible for the development of Raiffeisen Online, the web platform that drive the digital agenda of the organization. You will form an integral part of a scrum team, reporting to the Product Owner, and will be responsible for defining the digital strategic direction and roadmap, participating in the continuous development and ensuring the smooth running of the application.


If you have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within digital technologies, digital marketing, Communications or Information technologies
- Demonstrated expertise in Product/project management – vision, design, concepts validation, implementation
- Idea generation and brainstorming skills
- Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Informatics or an equivalent program
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-task, deadline oriented environment
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Fluency in English
- Some experience in application development with SCRUM or KANBAN is a plus


And you would like to:
- Define business requirements for new features and enhancements
- Work closely with the development team on the creation of MVPs and further product increments
- Define, communicate and manage digital projects/initiatives through entire lifecycle
- Foster strong working relationships with team members and vendor teams to ensure quality project/initiatives deliverables
- Test and accept the new product features
- Assist the customer relationship specialists with the current functionalities of the internet banking
- Organize trainings and prepare training materials for the internet banking
- Day-to-day analysis and evaluation of the performance of key business indicators
- Deliver according the budget and plan and be able to present outcomes to the management
