If you have:• University degree
• Previous CRM, Sales or Marketing experience
• Previous experience with marketing automation software/tools
• A deep understanding of customer lifecycle management
• Track record of success with A/B testing to drive business growth
• Proactive and creative approach in design and implementation of CRM campaigns
• Good command of English
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to gain customer insights in order to make informed business decisions
• Ability to prioritize multiple campaigns competing priorities
• Good level of independence, discipline and self-management
And you would like to:
• Develop integrated cross-channel (digital and non-digital) CRM campaigns to increase customer engagement, conversion and retention
• Oversee end-to-end campaign production and delivery including creative/copy development, implementation, deployment, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis
• Recommend and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize program effectiveness and efficiency
• Develop and prepare weekly, monthly, and per-campaign business reporting on key metrics including sales performance, year-over-year trends, conversion, test results, lifetime value, etc.
• Leverage marketing automation platform(s) to build a scalable digital connection with consumers; create and manage related automation processes
