If you have:

- University Degree (or graduate) in a quantitative subject as Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Economics or related
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, including Access (VBA will be considered an advantage)
- Knowledge of working with large-scale databases and various querying tools SQL, SAS, SPSS will be considered an advantage
- Working experience on reporting unit or similar position will be considered as advantage
- Ability to work with big data, data visualization and presentation of the results
- Ability to think creatively and apply analytical, design and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent command of English (written and oral)
- Excellent planning skills and attention to detail



And you would like to:
- Prepare reports and analysis in the collections area from pre-collections to legal stage
- Understand collections processes, manipulate data and perform data mining
- Assure accuracy and data consistency in the collections reports and systems
- Build and implement statistical models for customers in collections, apply business knowledge and propose practical usage of the model results in collections
- Monitor and analyze current strategies, propose improvements and optimizations, design and implement changes of the collections strategies in the collections system, run champion-challenger tests, monitor and present results
- Take active part in upgrades / new systems / new tools implementations
- Prepare analysis and reports for tests and changes in the systems, related to collections
- Plan, organize and complete allocated project work to agreed schedule
- Build and maintain positive day to day banks relationships at peer level
- Effectively share knowledge and discuss specific up-to-date issues related to daily work
- Identify opportunities to drive the business forward through improvements and optimization of operations
