KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To provide support and resolve queries related to Travel and Expenses process
• Follow-up on employees’ outstanding balances
• To ensure that all flight and accommodation related invoices are processed in compliance with local VAT legislation and CCH Accounting Policies and Procedures
• To ensure that effective customer relationships are established and maintained through providing a prompt service by fully understanding clients’ needs and requirements
• To ensure timely and accurate audit of expense reports in compliance with the CCH Travel Policy
 
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Fluency in Romanian (both written and verbal)
• University degree in Finance, Economics or a business-related subject
• Ability to work with strict or tight deadlines
• Action-oriented, attention to detail and accuracy
• Very good customer service skills
• Very good numerical skills, problem analysis and problem solving skills
