YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares different reports , KBIs and provides the exact information on time in a regular base;
Maintains base data for all fleet;
Analyses fleet costs and prepares the relevant narratives;
Prepares files for budget and rolling estimation for all fleet;
Handles GPS system and GPS data;
Accepts costs’ amounts in the SAP;
Support colleagues with issue of power of attorneys;
Handles with all necessary systems;
Initial projects, related to improving work of the position and department.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Economics, Statistics or Finance;
Experience analyzing vast amount of data;
Ability to deliver on-time, precise and complete reports;
Ability to handle multiple source documents;
Accounting and SAP knowledge will be considered advantage;
Advance knowledge and experience in working with MS Excel functionalities;
Good organizational skills;
Strong attention to details and analytical skills;
Good technical skills and ability to quickly learn new software
Good command in English.
Professional experience:

One year experience of similar position;
Experience in database handling;
Experience in accounting of invoices;
Experience in cost analysis
