We are looking for a career-minded and motivated individual with a background in the field of finance for the position of Customers Account Specialist with Portuguese.

Our client is a leading provider of online foreign exchange trading platform, spread betting and other related services offered to retail and institutional customers worldwide.


Responsibilities:
Back office operations
Processing and activating new currency trading accounts
Reviewing client applications and supporting documentation
Customer service and correspondence (primarily via email)
Projects and miscellaneous assignments

Requirements:
Portuguese– fluent level
English language is a must
Superior customer service skills
Highly organised and flexible in approach to work
Excellent customer service skills and able to demonstrate strong team-working skills;
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
Able to maintain confidentiality
Local knowledge for Brazilian market and/or mentality would be an advantage
