Purpose of the position

The purpose of this position is to provide supporting tasks and activities to entire Source-to-Receipt (S2R) area in Cargorec Business Services in alignment with corporate and business area procurement as well as customers´ needs and expectations.


Key responsibilities:
Active member of the Source-to-Receipt (S2R) team;
Perform activities which include, but are not limited to: data extraction, review and validation of documents and their distribution, resolution of queries from internal users and external company vendors;
Maintain good working relationships within the other process teams;
Work with different company tools such as SAP and Basware;
Perform any ad-hoc activities as per request of the direct manager.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or last years of studies;
No previous experience required;
Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required;
Problem solving, organisational and communication skills;
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) or Google Workspace tools;
Proactiveness and ability to work both in team and independently;
Display a strong work ethic and self-motivation;
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
