SUMMARY:
We are looking for a person who is good in both – tech and personal skills, as the person on this position will work closely with main departments (and decision makers) in Acronis – RnD, Support and Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salesforce.com administration and configuration
Business project management – internal projects (business requirement, execution, collaboration with other teams, overall project management)
Business infrastructure management (SFDC, telephonic systems, etc)
New tools/projects implementation/integration
System analysis: assessing internal tools and processes and providing analysis
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Information Technology; MBA degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with as a system analyst/infrastructure manager in Service departments (Support, Sales, Customer Care); experience with telephonic systems and CRM platforms as administrator (preferably Salesforce). Certifications, a strong plus.
Solid understanding of workflow processes and systems within a support/sales cycle and ability to describe it in graphical view (diagrams, flows, processes, actors, etc)
Proven knowledge of Excel/SQL, process modelling methodologies, project management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, resources.
Experience within the technology industry preferred but not mandatory.
