Senior Finance Specialist

Main responsibilities:
Assist in monthly closing activities on a global level
Assist in systematic analysis and assessment as well as conception and implementation of international accounting processes (target process structure)
Project and interface tasks with other departments and the IT in connection with an implementation of business systems and international valid finance processes
Interface between department and the IT
Coordination and professional review of emerging requirements of different finance departments
Preparation, coordination and implementation of seminars and the support of Key-Users in an international context
Assists NON SAP countries for the system configurations and integrations
Required skills and experience:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related area
3-5 years working experience in the area of accounting, auditing, controlling, finance
Knowledge about business procedures/processes within a global company
Basic knowledge in project and process management
Proactive attitude and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
Very good MS Office skills and proficient use of Excel
Experience in the use of ERP Systems (SAP) will be considered as an advantage
