If you have:
University degree in Economics, Finance and/or IT
At least 3 years professional experience in the following areas: Banking, IT Development, Product design and management, Process automation or similar
At least 3 years of experience in managing delivery teams
Keen interest in developing Branch cash management, Products and pricing management, Sales processes management and automation with focus on excellent customer experience and identification of growth opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the products
Capability to lead IT and business activities in development
Some experience in product development management in AGILE/SCRUM; Experience in working with teams using Scrum (advantage)
Strong written, verbal and visual presentation skills
Creative, efficient, result-oriented and team-player profile

And you would like to:

Lead and manage team of several Agile/Scrum squads of cross functional experts like product managers, software engineers, automation engineers, DevOps engineers and operation engineers through product and process design, implementation and acceleration of product performance – end to end
Collaborate with international and local development teams
Create productive working environment that fosters innovation, customer experience and team spirit
Play an active role in setting up and developing Front Office system for Branch Network roadmap
Ensure up-to-date knowledge with the industry trends and inspire innovation through shared expectations
Leverage web analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities and prioritize efforts
