If you have:
Master degree in Economic/Statistics qualification
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, MS Power Point and etc.)
Knowledge and skills in Micro companies` financial assessment and/or lending area
Fluency in English
Experience as a leader of small analytics team (advantage)
Ability to work in a team with focus on collaboration
Strong knowledge and skills in reporting, excellent analytical skills

And you would like to:

Lead a team and set targets, monitor and steer the performance of the employees in the section
Supervise the execution of the tasks within the team and decide on the priorities with the Department Head where is needed
Be responsible for Credit Policy development, procedure and instruction
Prepare regular reports and analyses relevant to Credit Portfolio on regular or ad hoc basis
Be responsible for application and implementation of Regulatory requirements and RBI Group Directives
Actively participate in the communication with regards to any development of credit risk policy and all matters towards Head Office (Vienna)
Participate in group and local projects and initiatives related to implementation of new credit risk management techniques
Initiate changes in credit products, processes, strategies, CRM campaigns in line with portfolio development
Manage Risk Decision Software and APS
Support business function in credit product development
Ensure that risk management standards, policies, practices and tools are adhered to by all business units in the credit process
Review and decision of credit applications including new credit limits/ credit reviews/restructurings with the deviations of the Credit Policy and products in terms of proper assessment of the risks and preparation of recommendations for a final decision for the Department Head/ Division Head
