Global Finance Services is the fastest growing area of the Experian finance team with c 50% of the Experian Finance roles within this organisation. Global Finance Services is based in 4 main locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Sofia, Bulgaria; San Jose, Costa Rica; and Santiago, Chile with satellite offices in Nottingham, UK and Costa Mesa, US.

Position Title: Turkish-Speaking Credit Controller

The successful Turkish-Speaking Credit Controller will be responsible for ensuring our client's accounts are correctly logged and updated into the internal billing system. Also as part of the responsibilities on this role, the employee will support the timely collection of overdue debt in order to maximize Experian’s cash flow.

Responsibilities:
Applying pricing and fees to customers account schedules;
Investigating and fixing the root cause of credit notes;
Loading invoicing files into the system, checking these and working through any exceptions;
Analysing and interpreting requirements to ensure correct actions are met;
Adhering to internal and external audit requirements;
Identifying process or system improvements;
Updating process documentation as required;
Liaising with colleagues in the Service and Billing Team and other Stake Holders around Experian;
To liaise with external business clients in the first instance over the phone and then via email in order to ensure prompt payment;
To make outbound phone calls to our business clients in order to support the cash collection;
To reconcile accounts and explain financial matters clearly to business clients and internal colleagues such as Account Managers;
Liaising with internal colleagues to resolve queried debt;

Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English
Relevant education degree
Able to work on own initiative and prioritise daily workload accordingly
Accurate processing of information
Good attention to detail
Manage own workload
Able to deliver results
Flexibility around busy periods at month end
Team player
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
